Completed in r28480. Added new image to common that uses the new Kepler logo,
rearranged the splash screen, and added code to draw the version information on
top of the image. The version information is stored in the common module
configuration kepler.version, splash.image, and splash.versionLabel. Changing
these for each release will change both the initial splash screen and the About
dialog.
Once this is reviewed can close the bug. Derik needs to decide whether this
will go into the 2.3 release or a future release.
This obsoletes the ant task that updates the image with version information,
and which can now be reviewed and removed.
