[kepler-dev] [Bug 5504] Kepler will use some setting in the old version kar file if the old version kar file is in ~KeplerData/workflows/MyWorkflows, even though you are opening a newer version of kar file staying in another place

I reproduced the bug when i ran two tpc03 workflows.
