[kepler-dev] remove ~/.kepler

Hi kepler-dev,

As part of a fix for bug 5529, I've changed the schema in the "Kepler
cache" database, which is stored in ~/.kepler. After updating your
source code, you'll need to remove ~/.kepler so that the database is
recreated with the new schema.
