[kepler-dev] Ptolemy website eta?

Yeah, this bug was fixed in the trunk by Sean Riddle in April.  The fix is
described here:
http://bugzilla.ecoinformatics.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5098#c3 We should
not require an internet connection to run, and won't once this
bugfix is incorporated in a release.  The fix will come out with the 2.2
release of Kepler, or is available from the development version for those
with the desire to build it themselves.
