[kepler-dev] Kepler 2.2 Release Candidate 3

Hi David,

     I tested functionalities in 'Misc 2.2 tests:' part of 
http://bugzilla.ecoinformatics.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5318 on my Windows 7 
64 bit machine. All functions work for me except another error I found 
forHelp->Kepler Documentation page: 
http://bugzilla.ecoinformatics.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5331.
