[kepler-dev] Kepler + PostgreSQL

Hi Madhavi,

Provenance information can be written to MySQL, Oracle, or HSQL. I
don't think it would be too much work to add Postgres support; if you
are interested let me know.

Kepler also includes actors that can read and write to databases,
and these work with most types of databases including Postgres.
