When kepler normally executes a workflow which has actors to access the private
data, kepler will prompt a login dialog box. Through the login process, the
workflow can access the private data successfully.

However, if the workflow is execute in no-gui mode, the login dialog box
wouldn't be shown up. The workflow will fail to access the data and cause the
workflow running fail. We need a way to fix the issue.
