Manish would like to be able to launch the Provenance Browser from a new WRM
right-click context menu.
With regards modules, there are 2 solutions:

1) Let WRM depend on PB (or suite including PB)
2) Let PB (or a suite including PB) depend on WRM, and WRM Panel is refactored
to allow context menu extension.

Since I'm unfamiliar w/ PB and the suites it depends on
(prov-challenge-comad-actors, *comad), their stability, release schedule, etc,
2) is probably the way to go.
