Also:
* if you save your site layout, this refreshes the Components tree, and
everything becomes visible.
* if you use the Sources Components Build button, eveything becomes visible.
* not showing the MyWorkflows dir in the filtered list is problematic, as this
is where people will likely save their layout kars
