These menu items are currently at the bottom of the File menu. Import Sensor
Site should probably be beneath 'Open...', and Export Site to KML should be
beneath 'Export...'. IIRC there's an issue with this not being easy to do.

Also, these menu items get added to gui's uiMenuMapping config each time
sensor-view starts up. The plan is to wait until #5129 is fixed for this issue.
