[kepler-dev] Info about classes modified

If the bug does not mention the change, then one trick is to check out
the tree from before the bug was fixed and then check out a separate
tree from after the bug was fixed and diff the two.

The issue is that it is not entirely clear to me how to check out
a Kepler tree from a particular date, but
ant update -Drev={2009-5-26}
should work, see
https://kepler-project.org/developers/teams/build/documentation/build-system-instructions#updating

Another possibility is to run svn log on the tree or to generate
a ChangeLog. The Ptolemy nightly build uses
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/trunk/tools/dev/gnuify-changelog.pl
to generate
http://chess.eecs.berkeley.edu/ptexternal/nightly/ChangeLog.txt
