[kepler-dev] ant update-ptolemy -Drev=stable is not the most recent version

It looks like the update to the ptII head is not occurring?

When I run ant update with the ptII head, I get r61778.
When I run ant update-ptolemy -Drev=stable, I get r61706

Could someone take a look?
