The two KARs on the kepler library were published inadvertently, and may and
should be removed, because they are not good examples.

We should also publish some good examples (using 2.1, so they are KAR 2.1) for
users to see.
Matt suggests:
REAP examples
SANPark examples
some useful components

Publishing a run kar that includes a nice report (sanparks?) would be good too.
