After semantically annotating a composite actor with the Semantic Type
Annotation menu, the new semantic annotation doesn't show up in the tag bar -
but this does work when semantically annotating a workflow.

Also, if you open a composite actor and tag it with the tagging interface, this
tag doesn't show up in the Semantic Annotation menu for the composite - but
again this works when operating on a workflow.
