If I open the Tag Manager and use the New button to create a new ontology, use
the Add Subclass button to add a few tags to it, make sure its Tag Bar?
checkbox is selected, these new tags don't show up in my Tagging dropdown menu.

After kepler restart they do show up though. This is in 2.1.
