I agree that there is no reason to bother with this window. But it is a very
minor issue and I do not think we should delay the 2.0 release over this. I was
looking into izPack, and it may not be too difficult to change this if you were
creating and install.xml file directly. However, I would have to dive into
Chad's code which generates install.xml to make this change and have to study
the specialized language written in install.xml to understand everything. In
other words, this would be a non-trivial project.

I want to automate the installer post-2.0. Fixing this sort of thing would be
best done at that time.

I am open to objections, but for now, I am tentatively setting this bug to
post-2.0 and making it so that it does not block the release. If anyone has an
argument to the contrary, I am open to it. I just don't think this should delay
the release though.
