[kepler-dev] Kepler 2.0 Release Candidate 3

Hi All,

Kepler 2.0 Release Candidate 3 is now finished.

I have tested many of the workflows, including getting-started, the  
two top-level ENM workflows, and the R workflows. They all worked  
successfully with the exception of one of the R workflows, namely:  
R_output_example.xml. Another workflow that is not working is SEEK/ 
garpModel_ImageJ.xml. We will have to have the maintainers of these  
workflows fix it before them before the 2.0.0 release, but I figured  
it was not worth holding up Release Candidate 3 over them. Please note  
that if you want to use R with Kepler, it is now necessary to install  
version 2.10.0 manually yourself. Using the Kepler installer to  
install R is not an option due to licensing issues.

Please feel free download the installers and give them a try.

As with the previous release candidate, please log any bugs you find  
in Bugzilla and have them block bug 4943.
