[kepler-dev] Where is jmgr-fork.sh?

Hi,

Long ago I remember getting the script jmgr-fork.sh from Kepler repository. I use it to test job submission workflow on my local desktop. Is this script still somewhere in the repository? If not, I would like to include it so that my actor can automatically stage it for the user. What would be the appropriate place to include it -  actors/resources job/resources?
