Hi Ivens,
Have a look at how the Kepler build system invokes a model.

Ptolemy models can be invoked using
ptolemy/moml/MoMLSimpleApplication.java

Typically one does something like:
MoMLParser parser = new MoMLParser();
CompositeActor toplevel = (CompositeActor) parser.parseFile("Foo.xml");
