[kepler-dev] Updating fields in Kepler Bugzilla

The fields in Kepler's bugzilla need to be updated.

When I create a new bug, the version field should have 2.0 and 2.X.Y added.
Also the "OS" field should have different versions of Mac OS X, probably 10.5 and 10.6
Windows 7 should be added, along with Windows Server 2008.
 From "Hardware", DEC and SGI could be removed, they don't really exist.
