[kepler-dev] Kepler 2.0 holdups

Hey Chad,
I see two things stopping us from shipping 2.0:
1) The Kepler build process does not work under Windows for either the trunk or 2.0
2) I have not been able to run Matlab demos under Windows after the recent
ptolemy/matlab changes. I have one old Ptolemy installation that works,
but I can't run Matlab demos under the current devel head of ptII.

Since I can't build Kepler under Windows, I can't try it there.

One other thing that might be nice would be to change how the ptII repository
is checked out to use https instead of svn.

_Christopher
