[kepler-dev] test installers

Hi Jing,

I was wondering whether you could have a quick look at the Linux  
installation documentation section in the User Manual Chapter 2.0 and  
confirm that the instructions are correct. I do not have access to a  
Linux machine. If you can't do it, that is okay, I will hunt down  
someone else! =)
