[kepler-dev] 2.0.0 beta1 branch instructions

Hi Christopher and Chad,

Christopher is correct that Ptolemy is being checked out from the  
trunk, rather than branches/rel-8-0-beta-2. I am not sure where it  
should be checked out from right now. When Chad makes the judgment  
that he wants to check out ptolemy-8.0/src from branches/rel-8-0- 
beta-2, he or I will need to update kepler-2.0/module-info/modules.txt  
to point at this branch instead of at the trunk (where it points to  
now).

Chad, which version of Ptolemy dod you want to get for kepler-2.0 at  
this stage?
