The action handler that supports figuring out which object has been clicked on
seems to have been broken so in the interest of getting the menu back for the
eml actor, I just added it across the board.  If you click "get metadata" on an
actor that is not a DataSource, you just get a message saying there is no
metadata associated with the actor.  I think this is something we can fix after
the release.  I'll retarget this bug to 2.x.
