After digging a while, I found that all property setting by updating kepler.sh
or kepler.bat can not take affect. From org.kepler.build.Run class, you can see
it started another JVM to start org.kepler.Kepler class without accepting
properties from org.kepler.build.runner.Kepler class. I think it is why the
properties Chris set works for org.kepler.Kepler, but not
org.kepler.build.runner.Kepler.
