[kepler-dev] Kepler build-system-instructions is a little bit out of date?

Hi David,
I'm checking the page
https://kepler-project.org/developers/teams/build/documentation/build-system-instructions,
and found a question on Section 'Storing Your Own Modules in Version
Control'. This section says that *svn-properties.xml* can be used to
save svn account, yet I can not find this file at build-area any more.
Do you know what's the current way to do it?
Also, does the command 'ant upload -Dmodule=<module.name>
-Dusername=<username> -Dpassword=<password>' still work? My test a while
ago failed.

Best wishes
Sincerely yours
