I've modified configure so that Java 1.6 is required.
This is in part so that the ptdb team can use some Java 1.6 gui features.
Also, the Kepler team was asking for moving up to 1.6, and now
that Kepler-2.0 is out and Ptolemy II 8.0.1 will be out in
a few days, it seems like it is time.
Under Mac OS X, I had to edit /.MacOSX/environment.plist, remove references
to the 1.5 JDK in the path and log out and log back in again.
I also had to edit ~/.bashrc
Eclipse will need to be updated.
Under Preferences -> Java -> Installed JREs, select the 1.6.0 JRE
Under Preferences -> Java -> Compiler, set the compliance level to 1.6
