Chad I've added code to ImportModuleDependenciesAction that rebuilds the
library after new modules are downloaded.  The action still doesn't seem to
work but the code I added to refresh the library works well in other situations
so I'm lead to believe there is still trouble with loading the new modules.  I
also do not notice any change to the gui that should be visible if the new
modules were loaded even after I restart Kepler.  So I'm passing the buck back
to you on this one...
