[kepler-dev] Problem with L.H. actor tree: ActorName,kar

In a clean checkout under Windows, I'm now seeing the
kar files listed in the left hand actor tree.

I see

  -ANOVA,kar
    ANOVA

I would expect to see
+Actors
   ANOVA
