Hi Harini,

I'm seeing the same thing under Linux:

mkdir kepler
cd kepler
svn co https://source.eecs.berkeley.edu/svn/kepler/trunk/modules/build-area
cd build-area
ant change-to -Dsuite=kepler

eventually yields

[change-to] ptolemy:
[change-to] Downloading ptolemy...
[change-to] checking out ptolemy from svn://source.eecs.berkeley.edu/chess/ptII/trunk
[change-to] svn head update --accept postpone /home/bldmastr/ptolemy/util/kepler/module-info/revision.txt
[change-to] Unknown command: 'head'
[change-to] Type 'svn help' for usage.
