[kepler-dev] Repository Location for Published Modules

Hello all,

So, published modules are in a temporary location right now. We need  
to put them in a permanent location.

The current location is:

https://code.kepler-project.org/code/kepler/branches/prototype/

The location I propose is:

https://code.kepler-project.org/code/kepler/publishing

which would make publishing a peer directory to

trunk
tags
branches
external

However, if anyone has any different ideas for the repository  
location, please chime in. I am definitely flexible. We just need to  
decide on the permanent location before the code freeze.
