Create an Expression actor, give it an input port of type boolean, save it as a
KAR into a local repository, then try and drag it onto the canvas.  I get an
error: 

ptolemy.kernel.util.IllegalActionException: TypeAttribute can only be contained
by instances of TypedIOPort.
  in .Expression.kepler:input and ._type
