The only incompatibilities I've found are in the cached serialized files.  I've
dealt with this by having the DotKeplerManager detect the .kepler 1.0 directory
and alter it's cache file path accordingly.  Kepler 1.0 and Kepler 2.0 can now
run without causing any problems.  I'm closing this bug.  Please reopen it with
comments if you think this is still an issue.
