I can't compile the ptolemy module from within IntelliJ because the appropriate
exclusions and inclusions for ptolemy have drifted, and the ptolemy module in
IntelliJ does not reflect this. Ideally, the ptolemy IntelliJ module should be
automatically generated from the ptolemy-includes and ptolemy-excludes files.
