Summary: Make a good way to publish a suite without changing a
                    bunch of modules.txt files
           Product: Kepler
           Version: 2.0.0
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P2
         Component: build system
        AssignedTo: david.v.welker at gmail.com
        ReportedBy: swriddle at gmail.com
         QAContact: kepler-dev at kepler-project.org
   Estimated Hours: 10.0

As shown in the publishing instructions page on the wiki
(https://kepler-project.org/developers/teams/build/documentation/publishing-steps/),
you have to manually modify the modules.txt file from each module branch that
you are publishing. It would be nice if this process were streamlined.
