Summary: Make switching to a specific set of modules turn off
                    automatic update feature
           Product: Kepler
           Version: 2.0.0
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P2
         Component: build system
        AssignedTo: david.v.welker at gmail.com
        ReportedBy: swriddle at gmail.com
         QAContact: kepler-dev at kepler-project.org
   Estimated Hours: 5.0

Otherwise, as soon as someone restarts Kepler in a specific module
configuration (that is not the most recent patched version of all modules) the
user is immediately prompted to update. Automatic updates should be turned off
until the user turns them back on.
