[kepler-dev] Kepler 2.0 RC1

Hi Peter,

The location of KeplerData is purposefully outside of the installation
directory because some users (mostly on Windows) do not have privileges
to write to their installation directory. Instead, an administrator
installs the application and the user can only write to his or her home
directory. We can create an enhancement request to be able to select
the location of KeplerData, but that won't happen until after the 2.0
release.

thanks,
chad
