If you try to drag the root node in the Outline tab out to canvas, you get an
exception:

com.microstar.xml.XmlException: expected comment or CDATA section (found "D")
in [external stream] at line 3 and column 4
    at ptolemy.moml.MoMLParser.error(MoMLParser.java:1057)

This is on 2.0, trunk, and wrp (trunk).

Reproduce:
Launch Kepler
Change to Outline tab
Try to drag Unnamed1 to canvas
