[kepler-dev] Kepler 2.0 RC1

Hello Kepler Developers,

I have created and uploaded the 2.0 Release Candidate 1 installers here:
http://dist.kepler-project.org/dist/Kepler-2.0.0/RC1/

Please take a minute to download these installers and test them out.  I 
have tested both the Windows and Mac installers, but I do not currently 
have a linux machine with which to test the linux installer.  If someone 
could please do that for me, I'd appreciate it.

I have created a tracking bug for the RC1 installers here: 
http://bugzilla.ecoinformatics.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4943

If you find a bug with the RC1 installers (just the installer, not 
kepler itself), please file a new bug in bugzilla and have it block bug 
4943 so I can track it easier.

These installers represent the current state of the Kepler 2.0 release. 
  Please heavily test Kepler after installing and report any bugs you 
find.  Make sure you set the target milestone of any bugs you report to 
2.0.0.  There are a couple aspects of RC1 that I know to be wrong. 
Here's a brief list:

1) Documentation: The 1.0 documentation is included as a placeholder 
since we have not yet finalized the 2.0 documentation.  The 2.0 docs 
will be included in the next release.
2) Any open bugs targeted at 2.0.  Please make sure you're not reporting 
duplicates.
3) The module manager: I am going to update the locations of published 
modules today, but the module manager will not function correctly under RC1.

Thanks for taking the time to get these tested.  Feel free to find me on 
iChat or IRC if you have any questions.  Please get any bug reports in 
by end of business tomorrow (Tuesday) so we can have a quick turnaround 
on getting issues fixed and another release cut.
