Hi Subhav,
See
https://kepler-project.org/developers/teams/build/documentation/build-system-instructions#retrieving-kepler-and-ptolemy

Might I suggest that you try something before asking if it works?

I've found that requests for support that look like:
"At such-and-such web page (or email message), under AAA platform
with BBB version of Java, I tried steps
     1.
     2.
     3.
     and got
     XXX
     where I expected YYY"

   Any ideas?"

tend to get the best response because the message includes information
about how to replicate the issue.
