[kepler-dev] Tab "Data" and proxy

You need to set these Java arguments:-Dhttp.proxyHost=your_proxy
-Dhttp.proxyPort=8080 -Dhttp.nonProxyHosts=localhost

replace the values with the correct ones for you.
