I've checked in the kepler-tasks.jar into module-manager/lib after building it
using the "ant task" command.  This removes the module name from the kar. 
Because MakeKars does not delete the kar files in the <module>/kar directory
folks should do this manually using the "ant clean-kar" task.  Closing this
task.
