[kepler-dev] External Execution Actor

Hello,
I was just wondering how can use the External Execution Actor to launch
Windows based Cygwin?
(I used "sh" for the command parameter and tried to enter some commands in
the input parameter, but was not successful)

OR

To launch command line, which in turn can be used to launch cygwin (by
typing bash --login -i) ?
