[kepler-dev] NMI build is failing

Hi David,

As we discussed yesterday, the NMI build is failing.  There are also a lot
of jobs since Aug 27th that are in a Running state and have not completed
since Aug 27.  Today's failure in the wrp suite seems to have something to
do with the DBConnection class:

  [compile] /home/condor/execute/dir_15401/userdir/kepler-run/modules/component-library/src/org/kepler/objectmanager/library/LibraryManager.java:21:
cannot find symbol
  [compile] symbol  : class DBConnectionFactory
  [compile] location: package org.kepler.util
  [compile] import org.kepler.util.DBConnectionFactory;
  [compile]                        ^
  [compile] /home/condor/execute/dir_15401/userdir/kepler-run/modules/component-library/src/org/kepler/objectmanager/library/LibraryManager.java:157:
cannot find symbol
  [compile] symbol  : variable DBConnectionFactory
  [compile] location: class org.kepler.objectmanager.library.LibraryManager
  [compile] 			_conn = DBConnectionFactory.getDBConnection();

  [compile]                                 ^

Other days seem to have different issues. Would you be willing to look into
why it is failing and get it fixed?
