- Crosshair point has been removed.
- Arrow turns to finger on hover, except for text areas.
- Clicking anywhere (or mousing over) on a panel selects that report item, and
highlights that panel.
- Click + drag uses the existing arrow / arrow+ for 'moving' report items.
