Summary: test for moving kepler directory
           Product: Kepler
           Version: 1.x dev
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: barseghian at nceas.ucsb.edu
        ReportedBy: barseghian at nceas.ucsb.edu
         QAContact: kepler-dev at kepler-project.org

I've been getting an error during the first launch after an ant clean-cache
when using the wrp suite, to do with missing ontologies. It turns out my
ontology_catalog.xml file was pointing to old paths that no longer exist on my
disk. My guess is I renamed(moved) my kepler directory after this file had been
serialized by kepler, using absolute paths. I reverted to the repository
version of onotlogy_catalog.xml (which just has filenames, not paths) and am
now fine.

This raises a larger issue -- it would probably be good to have a test in place
that tries moving the kepler application directory after kepler's been in use
for awhile, and see if anything breaks.
