[kepler-dev] New Actor: UserIp Check in or Not?

Hi Bertram,

    We still have this actor. See 
http://mercury.nceas.ucsb.edu/kepler/pipermail/kepler-users/2009-August/001646.html 
for details.

    One to do list for this actor is that we need to move the jsp 
invoked by this actor from geon web site to kepler web site. I'm not 
sure where to locate it. http://library.kepler-project.org/kepler/?
