Bug 4471 got rid of the report TOC.  Somewhere along the line, tooltips for the
report items disappeared.  I now have no way of distinguishing
Composite.RExpression.graphicsFileName from
Composite2.RExpression.graphicsFileName.  This is actually a pretty big problem
for me.
