[kepler-dev] disable StringParameter

If you call param.setVisibility(Settable.NOT_EDITABLE),
then the StringParameter param will become not editable.
Its value will be displayed, however.
There ought to be a way to bind to a boolean parameter
in scope, but offhand I'm not sure exactly how I would
do that...
