[kepler-dev] config.xml moved

Hey,
In case anyone else has this problem:

config.xml has moved. My module was giving an error:
[run] java.lang.Exception: Kepler Classic ViewPane specified in  
config.xml was not found in the ViewManager. Make sure you have  
specified the ViewPane in configuration.xml

Move your module's lib/config.xml to resources/configurations/ 
config.xml to fix the problem.
